Our Offices

Our Information Technologies department is in the İTÜ Office/Istanbul, and our headquarters and other departments are in the Uniq Office/Istanbul. In addition to these, we have regional offices in Kocaeli, Ankara, Konya, Adana, Izmir, and Antalya.

Our working hours are between 08:00 – 17:00 on weekdays.


HR Practices

Training and Career Development: We determine the training needs of our employees with the evaluation of the team leaders and HR department. We support employee competencies and technical skills with internal and external training sessions within the scope of the Academy11. Considering the skills of our employees, we invest in their career development via assignment and promotion processes.

Performance Management System, Potential and Backup Plans: Within the scope of the Performance Management System, we evaluate our employees’ work and determine performance scores in line with the corporate and department-based goals, actions, and values. Performance Management System aims to increase the employee and company performance, determine the needs, and reward employees put an outstanding performance. We always give feedback in our performance evaluation interviews and support continuous development.

To prepare our employees for the right roles and manage our talents efficiently, we evaluate potential employees and create back-up plans by considering their skills.

nbassadors – We listen to the ideas and suggestions of our employees with the nbassadors, employee ambassadors, team. The nbassadors team makes periodical interviews for new project ideas and works to improve the processes.

 

Salary and Employee Benefits – Your salary not only depends on your position and responsibilities but also education, experience, and competencies. While employee benefits vary depending on the position, we offer private health insurance, life insurance, meal, and travel allowance to all employees. Depending on the positions, we also provide some benefits such as company vehicle, mobile phone, and GSM line.

We arrange the annual leave policies and bank holidays according to the Turkish Labor Law. Also, we offer a birthday leave, which our employees can use within a month following their birthdays, and load a birthday coupon to our employees’ n11.com accounts on their birthdays.

 

THE RECRUITMENT

Procedure & Processes – The HR Department manages the employee selection and assignment processes. The recruitment process includes HR Interview, Group Interview, Department Manager Interview, and Technical Interviews. Internship & New Graduate Programs:

My Lucky Career: This program offers an internship for new graduates, who are eager to improve themselves in the e-commerce area and wants to work at a corporate company like Doğuş Group.

Completing a series of interviews, we place the candidates into various sales departments as “Management Trainees.”  After the 5-month internship and performance evaluation, we offer an Assistant Specialist position to the successful trainees.

TalentHub – The TalentHub Recruitment and Career Project provides employment opportunities for senior students, fresh graduates, graduate/postgraduate students, and the job candidates with one-year of experience. In the TalentHub interviews, the candidates meet with technical managers, and examine the n11.com working processes. They can also perform their skills in the talent camps, collective interviews, and technical interviews. We evaluate the participants’ performance and offer an Assistant Specialist position in our IT Department to the successful candidates.
